Located in close proximity to London’s Stansted Airport, this leisure centre has been a beloved part of the community. In need of a much deserved upgrade, RCG were tasked with kick starting the project.
RCG created a temporary access road for construction, laid new drainage, foundations and prepped the location for all new concrete. Our expert groundwork team made the formations for the new swimming pools and back filled ready for installation.
A new swale was formed to manage storm water with new drainage for the building itself. RCG laid all new hard landscaping creating footpaths, kerbing and edging.
